Featured Projects

Lou Fusz Motorsports

UX Research + UX Design

Lou Fusz Automotive Network recently purchased Metro East Motorsports and needed to rebrand its website to Lou Fusz Motorsports. Utilizing multiple quantitative and qualitative User Research methods, I identified key usability issues and developed a prototype solution to present to Stakeholders.

Chloe's Graphic Design Studio

UX Design + Web Development

Utilizing provided ethnographic information, I designed and developed a website for a small business, Chloe’s Graphic Design Studio. During this process, I created a brand identity revolving around a business persona and narrative and developed a full-website utilizing WordPress following UX design and writing principles.

Happy Paws Pet Resort

UX Design

Happy Paws Pet Resort requested additional functionality for their customers to easily schedule an appointment, provide a checkout process, and a way to access personal account information. With the provided requirements and user data, I utilized multiple UX design methods to develop a new site plan and wireframes for the redesign; then presented these via stakeholder and developer documentation.

The iWave

UX Research + UX Design

Context:

Methods & Tools of Human System Engineering @ ASU

The iWave was a collaborative effort to redesign and improve the usability of a microwave. Over the course of this class, we utilized user surveys, heuristic evaluations, task analysis, personas, and customer journey mapping. With the data collected, we created an initial Prototype and ran a usability test to get insight into the changes we had made. Based on the results, the final prototype was created.
